Please read the return/refund/replacement conditions carefully to understand the conditions and cases where the product can be returned/replaced or the order can get cancelled.

Return/Refund

  • You can submit return request of the product within 7 days of delivery date only under following cases:
    1. If the product delivered is defective, deficient or spurious.
    2. If the product not of the characteristics or features as advertised or agreed.
  • It is important that the product unboxing is to be done by TOUCH N CHILL authorized personnel only at the time of installation. Self-initiated un-boxing could lead to product damage and in such cases, TN shall not be responsible for any kind of loss/damage and no refund/return/replacement shall be acceptable in such case.
  • In case of return, the same will be processed only if:
    1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession
    2. The product is not different from what was shipped to the customer
    3. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • If the product is eligible for return and refund, the same shall be processed only after the product is received by TNC in the respective warehouse
  • The product cannot be returned or replaced in case of wrong choice of model, capacity, colour etc.

Replacement

  • In case of any replacement or return request, TOUCH N CHILL authorized service technician shall visit the location of the customer and inspect the unit as per the standard operating parameters. Based on the evaluation only, appropriate resolution will be provided to the customer. It is clarified that decision of service technician in this regard shall be deemed to be final and binding.
  • In case, the unit is received in any of the following conditions, customer can ask for replacement.
    1. Product received is in physical damaged state
    2. Product description is not matching with the product ordered on the TOUCH N CHILL website
  • Installation of Airconditioning unit thus purchased from TOUCH N CHILL Website shall always be done by TOUCH N CHILL Installation team. In case, customer fails to get the installation from the TOUCH N CHILL team, warranty in such cases shall be void and every such expenses incurred for repairing/replacement shall be solely borne by the customer alone.
  • The product cannot be returned or replaced in case of wrong choice of model, capacity, colour etc.
  • In case product/part is declared as eligible for replacement after the technician visit, the product/part would be replaced if exactly the same product/part is available in stock at the nearest warehouse. In case of replacement though all efforts will be made to replace the same model, but in case of unavailability, another unit of similar capacity may be offered to the customer. The replacement can be limited to indoor or outdoor unit only, as per the case & situation.
  • In case customer is facing any issues with the working of Airconditioning unit, a complaint may be raised to TOUCH N CHILL Call Centre through phone or email. Details of the same are available on www.touchnchill.com.
  • Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  • Please note that TOUCH N CHILL can add or delete conditions on the customer policy without prior notice.

Return Policy Details

  • All purchases made through the website are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. Touch N Chill reserves the right to reverse the product sale and refund the payment for a sale on a case to case basis
  • If the model ordered by you is not in stock or outdated or unfit for sale, we will reject the order placed and all  payment paid in relation to your order will be refunded by way of a crossed cheque in favour of the registered member’s name.
  • You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by returning the goods to TNC in unopened condition together with the original invoice. TNC will refund you the purchase price of the goods.
  • Once TNC receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with the specified terms), all payment paid in relation to your order will be refunded by way of a crossed cheque in favour of the registered member’s name provided that the goods you wish to return are received by TNC in the condition that they were in when delivered to you along with the package. You will bear all transportation charges and incidentals incurred for returning the goods to TNC.
